Hover is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to help build the customer education and product enablement content needed to support our rapidly evolving solution suite and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.

This includes working collaboratively with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding, Growth, Customer Support, and other key stakeholders to drive revenue and GTM productivity. We are looking for someone who can collaborate at very different altitudes (e.g. CRO to SDR) and work empathetically to help our teams be as prepared and enabled as possible to hit their goals.

This role will work alongside our Revenue Operations, Systems, and Analytics teams to drive impact across the business. Your day to day will be highly dynamic and collaborative, working across teams and stakeholders to increase product adoption and equip everyone in the GTM organization with the learning and development, communications, processes, structure, documentation, and content they need to succeed in their respective roles.

You will contribute by:

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, your north star is doing everything you can to equip our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to be successful in their respective roles.

Strategically, accomplishing this requires intense prioritization and a deep understanding of our product suite and drivers of our growth across all teams. Tactically, you will deliver on the following:

  • Skills Gap Analysis: Evaluate skill gaps and propose strategic solutions for addressing them through training, enablement, and coaching.
  • Curriculum Design: Define the scope, objectives, and outlines for training programs and learning paths tailored to meet the specific learning needs of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
  • Lesson Design: Develop lessons grounded in adult learning theory, ensuring adaptability to various learning styles and audiences.
  • Interactive Learning Experiences: Build engaging activities and assignments to facilitate practical application and refinement of acquired knowledge by learners.
  • E-Learning Production: Utilize Articulate 360 software to produce visually compelling and interactive online courses that resonate with our target audience and internal teams.
  • Presentation Design: Design comprehensive slide decks for instructor-led courses and customer onboarding programs.
  • Video Production: Developed engaging training videos for on-demand e-learning
  • Assessment Framework: Create quizzes, knowledge checks, assessments, certifications, and skills-based evaluations to ensure a seamless transfer of knowledge.

Your background includes:

  • 3+ years in Enablement, Marketing, or Instructional Design
  • Expertise in visual design and communication
  • Progressive experience leading diverse projects simultaneously and cross-functionally
  • Use of a variety of authoring and multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate360, Canva, Loom, MentiMeter, Kahoot!, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) to build interactive, effective and technically functional content
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, analysis skills, oral and written communication
  • A knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct, and concrete way
  • Proven communication and partnership building skills, built on a commitment to empathy and authenticity
  • Experience creating, prioritizing, and organizing internal and external collateral and documentation
  • Comfort prioritizing competing work streams with an 80/20 mindset

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we encourage employees to be in the office 1-2 times per week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $121,000-$142,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
