Your background likely includes some combination of partner marketing, business development, marketing, and sales, along with other broad spectrum career experiences that include building a partner strategy in a two sided marketplace.

You’ll join as Hover’s first partner marketer that gives you both the latitude to pave your own path and opportunity to drive an outsized impact within the company. We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is excited by the idea of acting both operationally (to tactically get-things-done each week) and strategically (to scale our business and partner programs in the right ways).

In this role you will:

  • Partner with business development, marketing, solutions engineering, and sales on strategic partner programs
  • Act as the main interface between the business development and marketing teams
  • Produce partner content such as emails, co-marketing content, pitch decks, and case studies to drive partner channel sales awareness
  • Report and analyze program performance and sales pipeline to ensure ROI for investments and efforts
  • Actively plan, launch, and promote new partner programs through events, campaigns, and content creation
  • Develop and direct development of partner-focused content and collateral
  • Review and refine partner presence on our website
  • Maintain positive and productive relationship with partners

You Should Have:

  • Experience in partner marketing from a high growth early stage company
  • Proven experience prioritizing competing tasks and executing against deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to completion
  • Experience in the home improvement or construction technology space a plus
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and detail
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; Tableau skills a plus
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally

HOVER has Hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Austin. These Hubs are where our teams will be growing the most as we foster in-person collaboration and connection.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$183,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
