About The Role
As a scientist in the biology group, you will be a crucial member of our interdisciplinary team, comprising highly creative and talented individuals with exceptional expertise in biologics discovery. This group is responsible for validating targets and establishing discovery projects to populate a clinical meaningful and differentiated therapeutics pipeline. You will work collaboratively with functional genomics, proteomics, protein design and engineering, and computational scientists.

Qualifications
- PhD in Immunology or related field.
- Familiarity with pathways and targets relevant to inflammation and/or fibrosis.
- Hands-on experience with models of lung, gut and skin inflammation and/or fibrosis.
- Productive experience using primary human tissues and cells to interrogate biological mechanisms at the interface of the stromal, epithelial and immune compartments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with researchers from diverse fields, including computational and experimental biologists, and provide scientific guidance, support, and leadership as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior research associates.
- 1-3 years of postdoctoral experience preferably in drug discovery with success driving research programs forward in biotech or pharma.
- Experience working with IPSCs and/or organoids.
- Experience generating and analyzing single-cell omics datasets to advance research projects.
- Experience using LIMS and Benchling systems.
