About the role
We are hiring a Creative Marketing Lead (ANZ) to grow Wispr Flow in Australia and New Zealand. This role is about cultural resonance that drives rapid growth through awareness-building initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
Your job is to make Wispr Flow feel native, relevant, and inevitable in ANZ. We believe great products spread fastest when they show up naturally inside each country. That’s what this role exists to do.
You will shape how Wispr Flow shows up in ANZ across creators, conversations, and moments that matter. This is a creative, taste-led role for someone who understands how Australians and Kiwis actually see themselves and can translate that into growth through the most compelling communications and brand introductions.
What you will do
Own go-to-market execution for ANZ, from concept through delivery, taking the best of what exists and being hands on in evolving it to resonate locally
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with ANZ creators, writers, founders, operators, and cultural connectors who matter
Develop organic distribution and advocacy rather than transactional partnerships
Embed Wispr Flow into the right cultural moments, conversations, and communities
Guide localisation of messaging, tone, and examples so it feels native, not adapted
Work closely with global brand, growth, and product teams while owning local execution
Move fast, test ideas, and learn what actually resonates in the ANZ markets
What success looks like
Wispr Flow has the strongest per-capita adoption and advocacy in the world
The brand feels culturally relevant and inspiring
Creators and early users talk about Wispr Flow without being prompted
ANZ becomes the reference market for authentic, organic growth
Local learnings meaningfully influence global messaging and product decisions
Who you are
5+ years experience in creative marketing, content, brand, media, or cultural partnerships
Deep understanding of ANZ culture, nuance, and sensibilities
Strong personal network across creators, operators, media, or tech-adjacent communities
Excellent taste and editorial judgement, the ability to craft your own communications and work with local partners to amplify this
Comfortable working independently and shaping your own roadmap
Clear communicator who can collaborate globally without losing local voice
Based in Australia
