YOUR MISSION

Test Infrastructure Engineers will have the unique opportunity to design and develop test infrastructure systems for all components of True Anomaly’s space and ground systems. You will be expected to create new test systems from the ground up, and your work will be critical to the reliability and safety of our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop test infrastructure solutions for True Anomaly’s hardware products which adhere to the Test-as-you-Fly approach.
  • Develop Spacecraft Hardware-in-the-Loop solutions to close the loop during simulated rendezvous proximity operations.
  • Write automation software to interact with units under test, test equipment, instrumentation, and production documentation systems.
  • Work closely with and consistently provide feedback to responsible design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and test teams to drive design or improvements to increase product reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or physics
  • 7+ years of experience with hardware development or electronics test engineering via professional experience, internships, and research.
  • Experience with electrical harness design and fabrication.
  • Experience with reading and creating electrical control system schematics.
  • Experience with solid modeling system, such as SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, etc.
  • Experience with PLC or DAQ systems for control and data collection.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques to verify and validate product requirements.
  • Understanding of metrology, sources of measurement error, and uncertainty analysis.
  • Experience developing object-oriented software.
  • Experience with GNSS simulators.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $115,000 - $145,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work LocationThese duties will be performed primarily onsite at our factory in Denver, CO. Some remote work is possible.
  • Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
  • Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
