About the Role

The Head of Broker Marketing at Sidecar Health will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies aimed at brokers and group administrators, reporting to the VP of Marketing. With a focus on broker market and B2B experience, preferably in a high-growth setting, the successful candidate will drive sales and retention while forging pivotal partner relationships. This strategic role is essential for elevating our presence in the market and achieving key business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation of dynamic marketing programs that resonate with brokers and group administrators
  • Build and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies specifically tailored for brokers and group admins, aligning with business objectives
  • Oversee marketing efforts associated with state expansions, ensuring local brokers and admins are engaged and informed
  • Provide support and training for channel partners, enhancing their ability to sell and retain groups effectively
  • Refresh and maintain a suite of marketing materials, including pitch decks and sales collateral, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and effective
  • Develop and implement a content strategy for communications and social media, including bulletins, webinars, broker events, and email drip campaigns
  • Craft strategies aimed at maximizing group level renewals, and maintaining a strong focus on broker and group admin satisfaction
  • Stay informed on broker insights and market research to keep strategies relevant and impactful
  • Take charge of executing the GTM plans effectively, measuring success and iterating as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with premier partners, ensuring they receive top-tier marketing support and insights

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Experience in a high growth, early-stage company preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in the broker and group admin space
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and retention strategies, with a track record of supporting sales teams and achieving high renewal rates
  • Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content, including pitch decks, sales collateral, and digital content
  • Ability to analyze market data and broker insights to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with channel partners, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies and content based on market trends and feedback from partners and stakeholders
