We create AI and ML-powered software for the finance and lending industries, focused on repayment and debt recovery. We work to improve conversations between call center agents and customers and provide actionable insights. Our products use AI to create next-generation speech analytics that support real-time agent guidance, automated notes after conversations, and call analysis for quality assurance and compliance.

The team has deep technical talent today and we believe there is an opportunity to build an iconic vertical software business that will fundamentally impact how the multi-trillion-dollar debt industry is managed. Debt has such a massive impact on consumers and prior to Prodigal, the industry was saddled with painful, low value manual workflows, and poor customer experience- our mission is to humanize the debt repayment process through automation and data.

Play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, addressing employee inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR initiatives.

What you'll be doing?

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for new joiners and potential employee's inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and data.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives end to end.

What are our requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Previous 2+ years of HR coordination or administration experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively.
  • Great communication and organization skills.
  • Adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ATS tools is preferred (Greenhouse, Workday, Zoho etc)
