We create AI and ML-powered software for the finance and lending industries, focused on repayment and debt recovery. We work to improve conversations between call center agents and customers and provide actionable insights. Our products use AI to create next-generation speech analytics that support real-time agent guidance, automated notes after conversations, and call analysis for quality assurance and compliance.

Debt has such a massive impact on consumers and prior to Prodigal, the industry was saddled with painful, low value manual workflows, and poor customer experience- our mission is to humanize the debt repayment process through automation and data.
Join our data analytics team and contribute in shaping digital collections design, strategy, and execution. Utilize analytics to develop innovative debt recovery strategies, collaborating across departments for seamless integration. Drive optimization efforts to achieve key performance metrics and organizational goals in digital collections.
Responsibilities :
Strategy Development and Optimization
- Develop digital debt collection strategies focusing on timing, content relevance, and debtor engagement.
- Continuously refine and optimize strategies based on debtor feedback and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Content Creation and Management
- Oversee creation of persuasive email/SMS templates and web portal content for debt recovery.
- Coordinate with design agencies for high-quality, debt-specific content.
- Manage content calendar for strategic deployment.
Campaign Execution and Management
- Implement and manage email/SMS campaigns using advanced software tools.
- Ensure high deliverability rates and engagement with digital marketing best practices.
- Monitor and adjust strategies in real-time for improved outcomes.
A/B Testing and Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on email/SMS elements to identify effective approaches.
- Analyze results to enhance open rates, engagement, and payment conversion.
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights
- Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and generate detailed reports.
- Present findings to senior management with actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
Requirements :
- Good experience with Data Analysis.
- High reliability and attention to detail
- Availability for 1-2 hours on weekends
