About The Role:
We are adding two Account Executive positions to our growing sales organization. The AE role will expand our current customer base, access and successfully acquire new business opportunities, thus deepening Particle Health’s national footprint.
As an Account Executive (AE), you are the spear for Particle Health's go-to-market strategy. This position will own the end-to-end sales cycle, develop and manage the pipeline, strategically position and pitch our product offering, structure partnership terms & pricing securing agreed-upon contract value targets. This individual will also act as a strategic guide and partner to prospects, clearly understanding market dynamics & customer needs and offering product solutions and customization that align with the customer and Particle’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
- Independently develop prospects to maintain and grow your pipeline.
- Drive the conversion of your pipeline by managing deals from discovery to pricing, then deal negotiation and contracting.
- Excel at effectively communicating Particle’s value props and benefits across different prospect personas: C-Suite, Developers, and Clinicians
- Establish strong, trusting relationships with prospects.
- Able to forecast performance accurately to ensure optimal visibility across the business.
- Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas.
- Work cross-functionally (SDRs, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product & Customer Success).
- Excel at managing and using sales tools such as SFDC, Outreach & LinkedIn.
Desired Experience & Attributes:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and a track record of personally selling and closing complex deals above $200K to digital health companies.
- Experience selling healthcare data and interoperability solutions to a technical, business, and clinical audience at digital health companies while building trust and mutual respect across those organizations.
- Ability to communicate nuanced value propositions / ROI across varied use cases focusing on improved patient outcomes and economic / business improvement.
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven - willing to roll up sleeves and get it done.
- Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty.
- Thorough with attention to detail and a bias towards action.
- Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our prospects.
- Has demonstrated success by exceeding quota consistently.
