And our initial focus is on solving a problem that affects us all: Browser Tab Overload.The roleSkeema is looking for an experienced product leader to be part of the founding team. This leader will partner with the CEO in creating our flagship product and in preparing Skeema to execute its product & company visions. The Founding Product Manager will lead all product management efforts for the company, partnering with the CEO and other leaders to create a world-class product development culture that is exciting and forward-thinking. The right candidate will be comfortable acting as a player/coach leading all facets of product management for the initial stage of the company and will aspire to grow into a leader in the product organization as the company scales.What you’ll be working on

• Partnering with the founder and CEO to shape the Skeema product including:
• Near term and long term feature roadmap
• Ongoing refinement of the Skeema product vision
• Leading feature prioritization including the creation of sprint plans, epics and user stories
• Ultimately defining a set features that gains product/market fit
• Owning the customer feedback loop, including:
• Leading user feedback/discovery interviews and translating feedback into product requirements
• Collaborating with engineering to ensure the customer and usage analytic stack drive data-based decision making
• Maintaining dialogue with Skeema users through beta testing groups, customer advisory boards and product communities
• Owning the product development cycle, including:
• Ensuring engineering has fully scoped work going into each sprint, work is groomed and planned out
• Ensuring engineering is able to fully complete work that is scheduled for a given sprint, if not able to complete their work - that risk is bubbled up immediately and planned around
• Tracking bugs and ensuring they are squashed in a timely fashion
• Report progress to the Skeema board alongside the CEO and CTO
  
  

What you’ll need

• Passion for products that live at the intersection of AI, consumer and interaction design
• 6+ years of experience working in creating complex software products
• Demonstrated experience shipping products that have scaled to millions of users
• Experience in a high-growth, fast pace start up
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations
• Have strong recommendations and relationships with their previous team
