1. Lead Vendor Management Function across Logistics and Fulfillment with a strong strategy in fulfillment, and require a strategic planning
2. Manage and monitor the performance of outsourcing manpower vendors to ensure they meet agreed service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3. Negotiate and administer vendor contracts, service level agreements and budgets
4. Liaise with vendors to address and resolve any operational issues or concerns
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation within the outsourced manpower services
6. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
7. Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on the effective use of outsourced manpower resources
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies
9. Manage vendor billing to be invoice on-time and accurate payment

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in vendor management or outsourcing operations, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics & supply chain industry
2. Strong understanding of service level agreements, KPIs and performance management in an outsourcing context
3. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor partnership
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
7. Fluency in both Thai and English, both written and verbal
