Job Requirements
Must-have
• Strong analytical and numerical skills — you can break down unclear problems, spot patterns, and find insights in messy data
• Proficiency in SQL — you can write queries independently to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Quick BI, Tableau, or Power BI
• Business sense — you understand (or are eager to learn) how a business works, and you think about “why” the data looks a certain way, not just “what” it shows
• AI proficiency — you actively use AI tools in your daily work, and you genuinely enjoy using them to work smarter. Not just aware of AI, but a real user
• Working-level English — you can read, write, and present analysis in English, as you will communicate with Singapore stakeholders regularly
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy & planning, or a related analytical role (strong candidates with more experience are also welcome)
• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative or business-related field
Good to have
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with the initiative to refine unclear goals as you go
• Business exposure in any industry, such as offline retail, brands, or FMCG — with e-commerce, platform, or tech experience a plus
• Ability to manage stakeholders and present analysis clearly — turning complex findings into simple business terms that non-data audiences can act on
• Basic knowledge of Python or similar scripting for analysis and automation
