About the Role

A high-caliber business development leader to source, structure, and close the partnerships that shape the company's trajectory - across model providers, platforms, marquee talent, and top-tier creators. This is a high-autonomy, high-stakes role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic relationships across model providers, platforms, celebrities, and tier-AAA influencers (KOLs).

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities; build repeatable processes and hand them off to the broader Growth team to scale.

• Lead the company's most consequential deals end-to-end.

• Source and structure partnerships that feed a qualified pipeline for the B2B Sales team to execute against.

• Operate in continuous exploration mode - proactively mapping the market and surfacing opportunities before they become obvious.

• Conduct high-stakes, high-pressure negotiations.

• A proven closer with a track record of independently driving complex deals to completion.

• Strong commercial instincts and sharp business judgment.

• Exceptional negotiation skills, especially under pressure.

• High risk awareness and sound decision-making.

• Outstanding analytical and strategic ability.

• A self-directed operator with genuine hustle and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with US celebrities and KOLs.

• Industry connections across Hollywood - filmmakers, directors, and producers.
