Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Growth at Higgsfield AI located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Director of Growth will be responsible for overseeing the company's revenue, project management, and marketing efforts. They will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue and expand the business. The Director of Growth will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills (incl. SQL), with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Optimizing user acquisition through multiple channels (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Google, Apple, etc.) and attribution using MMP systems like AppsFlyer
• Growth mobile apps revenue from $0 to $10M ARR, and experience with tools such as RevenueCat and SuperWall
• Building reporting and alerting systems for product metrics using tooling like RedShift, BigQuery, Looker, PostHog, Amplitude
• Experience in building organic growth loops and implementing growth strategies for mobile apps
• Experience in owning LTV, including project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing strategies for website growth (SEO) and influencer marketing for brand awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
