We are looking for an FP&A Topline Specialist to join our Finance team in Paris. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will play a central role in shaping how we model, forecast, and communicate our revenue performance. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Own the Topline P&L cycle - Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, leveraging Pigment and Tableau to build sophisticated revenue models and deliver real-time, actionable reporting.
- Drive revenue intelligence - Build analytical frameworks that surface performance insights by segment and product line, acting as a trusted subject-matter expert on topline dynamics.
- Partner with EPD teams - Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product, and Design to manage their financial performance, with a focus on headcount planning and spend vs. forecast tracking.
- Collaborate across Finance - Build strong relationships with Field Finance and Finance Operations to enrich topline analysis with ground-level insights and improve forecast accuracy.
- Elevate FP&A standards - Standardize processes and streamline documentation to foster knowledge-sharing and operational efficiency across all FP&A teams.
What You'll Bring
- Education - Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent).
- Experience - 3+ years in FP&A, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company or a Big 4 consulting firm. Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles is a must.
- Analytical mindset - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, decision-ready narratives.
- Technical proficiency - Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets; hands-on experience with multi-dimensional planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive) and BI tools (Tableau) is highly valued.
- Communication - Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and French; ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Work style - Proactive, agile, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. A genuine team player who builds trust and strong working relationships across the organization.
