About the job
You will be part of the People team and report directly to the Senior Director Business Partner in charge of global HR topics for France.

What you’ll do

  • Operational support
  • Assist the team in the management of collective relations (preparation and coordination of employee representative bodies - CSE, preparation and negotiation of company agreements (NAO, professional equality, right to disconnection, etc.).
  • Assisting the team in managing individual relations (advice and support on all operational issues relating to employment law, assistance, anticipation and management of disciplinary cases).
  • Legal watch and best practices
  • Monitor legislation and case law in labor and employment law (EMEA region).
  • Propose recommendations to optimize our HR processes within a secure legal framework.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Law or in preparation for the “CAPA” (élève-avocat)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Initial experience in labor law, in a company or law firm, would be appreciated.
  • Your ability to work autonomously, adapt to dynamic environments, collaborate effectively with others, analyze and synthesize information, and contribute positively to a team are all vital qualities for thriving in this role.

Nice-to-have

  • Aptitude and/or experience in human resources administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law or any other EMEA country.
