About the role:
Reporting to the Director and Associate General Counsel-Procurement, you will oversee numerous responsibilities tied to the company's procurement process. You will contribute to shaping the purchasing framework across all group entities on a global scale and play a key role within our specialized Legal Commercial Division.

🖥️ In your day to day you will:

  • Manage Purchase Requests: Efficiently triage new purchase requests and coordinate tasks within the Commercial Legal team.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review and negotiate supplier contracts, primarily in English, across all entities and geographical areas of the group.
  • Collaboration with Procurement: Work closely with our Procurement team (5 people) on shared initiatives.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of supplier contracts from creation through to archiving, including signature processes.
  • Contract Model Development: Assist in drafting new supplier contract templates and continuously improve existing models.
  • Contract Management System: Support integration and enhancement of our Contract Management tool.
  • Process Improvement and Training: Contribute to evolving internal processes and develop training modules with a legal design approach to simplify client interactions.

💼 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Educational Background: A Master's degree in Business Law or Digital Law.
  • Experience: Around 2 to 4 years of experience as a legal counsel (including internships), preferably within the tech industry to understand its nuances.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively amidst multiple simultaneous requests while maintaining composure.
  • Professional Attributes: Known for your diligence and creativity, essential for managing and improving our contractual processes to safeguard company interests.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork, listening, and enthusiasm to foster trusting relationships with internal clients.

🌟 Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in Contract Management Software: Familiarity with popular Contract Management Systems (CMS) like Ironclad, SpendHQ, or similar platforms.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience managing procurement projects or cross-functional initiatives.
