About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Lead who will report directly to the CEO and partner with leadership team on the highest impact cross-functional projects for the business. You will serve as a strategic business partner across all departments and provide critical support for organization-wide annual and quarterly planning. In addition, you will be a key driver in financial planning and analysis activities, collaborating with our Accounting team to maintain our financial model.

We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and own any gaps in the business today, stepping in as functional lead when necessary (e.g., finance and operations)

  • Own our finance function and partner with our Accounting team to maintain our financial model, conduct monthly financial reviews, and approve budget and expenses

  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and track company-wide OKRs, as well as facilitate company-wide planning and review meetings

  • Support the CEO with board relations, including board meeting prep and investor updates

  • Support the CEO on high priority, special projects as they arise

  • In partnership with the CEO’s Executive Assistant, support day-to-day operational administrative tasks that need attention

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience you bring to the table:

    • 4+ years in venture capital, management consulting, or investment banking.

    • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS financial planning and analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Attributes that will help you succeed in this role:

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary including early team equity. The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000, depending on experience.
