  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Purchasing.
  • Execute pilot builds and support industrialization for new products or variants.

  • Lead teams through operational challenges including variability, quality concerns, and equipment limitations.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Operations, Production Management, or Manufacturing Leadership.

  • Proven experience managing daily production operations, throughput, takt, and FPY.
  • Solid understanding of MRP, production planning, and capacity management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Purchasing.
  • Ability to lead pilot builds, support NPI readiness, and implement new production processes.
  • Demonstrated success improving KPIs such as output, rework, cycle time, and process stability.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English and German.

This role is based out of our Kassel office and follows an on-site schedule to support production operations. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-person culture fosters teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
