The Role

We are looking for interns to join our Course Production team supporting the product development of our learning solutions. You will be responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on all the amazing AI-powered, soft skills courses created by our course development team before they can be found here.
Day-to-Day
  • Review conversation simulation-based, soft skills courses for quality, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to course designers to improve course structure, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency across all courses, verifying that the format, terminology, and instructional methods are uniform and contribute to a cohesive learning experience.
Basic Qualifications
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred: Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning design, or similar field.


The Pay

In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an hourly base salary in the range of USD $20-$30/hour. This pay range is intended to cover roles based across the United States. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
