CloudTrucks provides a "business in a box" solution for truck drivers. We take on the back office business operations and tasks involved in running a trucking business. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with Growth Marketing, Product/Eng, and Data teams to drive new user acquisition and adoption of the products that our customers interact with everyday.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the strategy and roadmap across CloudTruck’s core customer-facing products, working closely with stakeholders across the organization

• Partner with the design and engineering teams to enable them to build the best solutions for customers

• Conduct interviews with customers to better understand and anticipate their needs and work closely with the engineering and design teams to develop new features and products to serve those needs

• Set clear goals and metrics for the team as well as new products and features and be held accountable to achieving them

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Safety and Finance

Example Projects

• Design a streamlined onboarding flow for drivers

• Build a referral program so drivers are rewarded when they refer others to the platform.

• Conversion rate optimization projects on the marketing site and within product signup and onboarding flows.

• Develop in-app features that incentivize higher activation and engagement rates from customers.

• Work on greenfield projects and launch new products

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of product management experience at a fast paced environment

• Strong track record of building and shipping successful products at operationally intensive companies with complex business workflows

• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders

• Detail Oriented and Systems thinking approach to problem solving

• Prior experience as a startup founder or on a growth team is a plus
