Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues—so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.
Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. We’re looking for a passionate Head of People to build and lead the future of our team at Brellium.

As the Head of People, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the programs, processes, and culture that enable our team to thrive. What you’ll do at Brellium:
Build a world-class People function across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and total rewards.
Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent aligned with our mission and values.
Champion our culture and values, ensuring they are lived authentically as we scale.
Partner closely with leadership and managers to ensure our people processes are thoughtful, data-driven, and effective.
Lead key programs across onboarding, performance management, feedback, and leadership development.
Create and maintain scalable People operations and systems to support a hybrid workforce.
Be a thought partner to the executive team on organizational design, compensation strategy, and scaling best practices.
You’ll be great for this role if you:
People leader: You’ve built and scaled People functions at high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare companies, ideally from Series A to C+.
Builder mentality: You love building teams, systems, and processes from scratch and iterating quickly.
Culture champion: You have a deep passion for cultivating mission-driven cultures where employees feel supported and can do their best work.
Empathetic: You possess strong emotional intelligence and approach people operations with empathy, thoughtfulness, and a service-oriented mindset.

Strategic and operational: You can think long-term about organizational needs while executing day-to-day initiatives flawlessly.
Compensation and benefits:
The expected total compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. In addition to base compensation, this role includes a sizable equity grant.
