BitSight is currently seeking a Collections Specialist with a focus in SaaS. In this role you’ll be reaching out to our customers daily by email and phone providing excellent service related to current status of accounts, billing, payments and related concerns with the goal of collecting our receivables as efficiently as possible.
Proactively reach out to customers whose accounts are past due using our collections software, YayPay, email and phone. Resolve any related issues surrounding payment.
Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing and payment issues. Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconcile payment history.
Identify areas of opportunity for optimizing results and improving the collections process.
Provide to management regular updates and reporting of collections efforts.
Assist the team with onboarding in customer vendor portals (ARIBA, Coupa, etc). Upload invoices to the same.
Learn to process orders and invoice in NetSuite so as to assist the team in high volume times.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in collections, credit or AR required (2 to 3 years)
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs.
Goal oriented team player
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and YayPay a plus.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
