Duties: Responsible for driving the research, definition, and execution of improvements
and features to the company’s CRM and Salesforce-related software-based
products. Synthesize data to help define product outcomes and product roadmap
for integrations, API, and reporting capabilities. Build customer reports for and
assess customer and business value of new product opportunities. Create product
strategy documents that describe business cases, high level use cases, technical
requirements, and potential revenue and ROI. Translate product strategy into
detailed requirements for prototyping and development.
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Analytics, or related field. Six
(6) months of experience, pre- or post-degree in job offered, analytics, or related
occupation. Any amount of experience in additional requirements section below
will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. All experience can be
concurrent. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work
experience to include: 1) Experience working with reporting tools and interacting
with customers. 2) Experience building custom reports for customers. 3)
Experience with at least one (1) of the following: account management,
implementation, consulting, workflow management, or product management.
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD Base. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
