About the Role

Abnormal Security is looking for ambitious and growth-minded Senior Product Managers to drive innovation for our Multi Product Platform (MPP) team.

The MPP Division is responsible for 3 important pillars within the broader Abnormal product portfolio

• Delivering a set of enterprise features and platform for other product teams within Abnormal and customers. Some of the exciting product capabilities which are part of this track include RBAC, Centralized Notifications, Portal experience etc.
• Delivering an easy and quick way for customers to onboard onto Abnormal’s platform, try i, and understand the value they are getting with minimal effort.
• Delivering a set of new products which expand our product offerings by leveraging the core AI technology.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for product definition and roadmap planning and a key contributor to MPP’s product strategy. You will also work closely with stakeholders across R&D, GTM, and the exec team in advancing your areas of product ownership and delivering value to customers.

What You Will Do

• Drive product definition and team alignment for areas of ownership
• Lead the team through roadmap planning, ensuring that we work on the highest priority initiatives for customers and the business
• Contribute to product strategy and defining how we will achieve our higher level product and business objectives
• Deeply understand the products/features you own and closely monitor the intake of customer feedback, as well as the external release of new capabilities
• Be the leader for your product space, owning a portfolio of product lines and their attributed KPIs

Must Haves

• 5-7+ years of product management experience
• Experience working on technical problems, identifying user needs, sizing product investments, prioritizing opportunities and defining requirements for solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers
• High operational excellence and ownership in all work that is undertaken
• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to reason through ambiguous problems and make effective and well-justified decisions
• Extreme ownership, growth mindset, and willingness to learn quickly in a high paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at enterprise SaaS / B2B companies
• Prior startup experience
• Analytical skills and intermediate to advanced data analysis skills (SQL, etc.)
• Prior experience working as a software engineer
• Experience with data science and machine learning models
