About the Role

As the R&D Knowledge Manager in our Enterprise SaaS business, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the knowledge management processes within our Research and Development department. Your primary role will be to ensure that critical information, best practices, and learning resources are effectively captured, organized, and shared across the R&D team. This position is key to fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Knowledge Management System Oversight: Manage and maintain Confluence or similar systems as the central repository for all R&D-related knowledge and documentation.
  • Content Development and Curation: Create, curate, and manage R&D content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to the team.
  • Collaboration and Sharing: Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within R&D, facilitating easy access to information and expertise.
  • Best Practices and Processes: Identify and document best practices and standard operating procedures for R&D projects and processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to R&D team members on using knowledge management tools and resources effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve the knowledge management strategy, tools, and processes based on user feedback and evolving organizational needs.

Must Haves

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, ideally within an R&D or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management practices and tools, especially Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and content management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various R&D teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Innovative and proactive approach to managing knowledge within a dynamic organization.
