In this job, you will bring these skills
- 3-7 years of experience as a Product Designer
Ability to lead design and ship products that solve user and/or business problems
Intermediate or above in design craft areas: design strategy, visual design, interaction design, quantitative user research, qualitative user research, design system
Ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional partners
- Understanding of the cybersecurity industry, specifically relating to your product areas
Role Responsibilities and Deliverables
Lead design of complex surface with diverse scope; work autonomously
Partner with PM and Engineering in defining the problem, identifying solutions, and quantifying success.
Collaborate with PMs to conduct user quantitative and qualitative research; can explain product-related technical concepts to customers
Propose processes within the design org that increase our efficiency and quality of work and spearhead some of these changes
Provide Improve how design collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders
Share design work with stakeholders with clear communication, can explain the rationale for design decisions within a larger context
Document your thinking in ways that are accessible, easy for others to understand and to provide feedback on
Lead some design workshops
Empower and learn with other team members
Share open, honest, and constructive feedback; look at problems and changes as opportunities
Have strong opinions that are loosely held
