Overview

As a Sr. Solution Consultant, you will serve as a member of the Sales team and play a strategic role in assisting the sales and customer onboarding processes at Zylo. The Sr. Solution Consultant should be able to develop strong relationships and become the trusted advisor to prospective Zylo customers during the pre-sales process.

Zylo is growing and scaling to new heights, and this role will play as a cross functional role within the organization to ensure product information is funneled into the new business sales team. Current ‘Senior Solutions Consultants’ are free to apply, but will be expected to learn fast, roll up their sleeves, create and deliver content & solutions to a wide range of Zylo prospective customers in a high pace, exciting environment.

What you will do

  • Assist the Account Executive team in the pre-sales process, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic resource to develop solutions for prospective customers that align with the Zylo technology stack.
  • Assist in the pre-sales qualification steps - identify business drivers & needs, define requirements and solution technical demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Build personalized presentations, value-based content/business cases, and necessary support documentation to deliver to C-level executives, technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop a deep awareness of Zylo’s products, services, and use cases, and demonstrate a command of the product and how existing and future feature sets translate to business requirements
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between sales prospects and Product/Engineering teams to influence the product based on industry desires.
Requirements

What you need

  • 2+ years experience in a pre-sales role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales within a tech product
  • Enterprise SaaS software experience
  • Deep knowledge of API integrations, how to integrate disparate data systems and workflows
  • Experience guiding customer-facing discovery sessions, technical presentations, proof of concepts, and solution demos to stakeholders across different departments
  • Savvy presentation and demonstration techniques, fluidly translating elaborate technology concepts while catering to customer requirements and needs
  • Mapping RFI & RFP requirements to software solutions
  • Location preference: US based candidate located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones

Nice to have

  • Experience working with and/or knowledge of back-end financial data (Accounts Payable, Employee Expense, Reseller)
