Zafran is looking for an experienced Data Integrations Team Lead to manage and grow our integrations team. This is a highly technical and challenging role at the heart of our platform, requiring a deep understanding of data, APIs, and Security tools architecture. The role involves managing engineers while solving complex data and scalability challenges across a variety of products and systems.

What you will do:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on core data integrations.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between multiple products and systems via APIs.
- Solve complex data and scalability challenges, ensuring the platform efficiently handles large volumes of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Define best practices for data handling, API usage, and integration workflows.
- Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of integrated systems.
- Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in data management, APIs, and integrations.
- Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role is a plus.
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, data structures, and system integrations.
- Ability to handle high-complexity challenges in data and scalability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior experience in designing integrations in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with analytics or reporting systems.
