About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Antibody Developability Scientist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the manufacturability and clinical success of our therapeutic antibody candidates. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in protein biophysics and analytical techniques to design, implement, and interpret developability assays for novel antibodies.

What You'll Do And Learn

  • Design and execute high-throughput developability assays to assess the manufacturability, stability, and aggregation propensity of antibody candidates
  • Analyze and interpret data from developability assays to identify potential risks and guide antibody engineering strategies
  • Collaborate with scientists in antibody design and protein engineering teams to optimize antibody candidates for manufacturability
  • Develop and implement new developability assays to stay at the forefront of technological advancements
  • Stay current with the latest scientific literature on antibody developability and biophysical characterization
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate developability findings and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in protein biophysics or related field
  • Strong understanding of protein structure, function, and stability principle
  • Experience with biophysical techniques for protein characterization (e.g., DLS, SEC-MALS, DSC)
  • Experience with high-throughput screening methods (a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

The specific compensation package for this role depends on experience, qualifications and level. We anticipate the compensation range to be $94,000 to $150,000 per year.
