As a Scientist, with a focus in Phage High-Throughput Screening in the AI Protein Design team you will have prior experience in library building, cloning, and DNA manipulation while being an expert at phage display screening/sorting with antibody or protein libraries for therapeutic discovery.

Minimum Qualifications
The specific compensation package for each role depends on factors including experience, qualifications and level. We anticipate the range for this role to be $106,000 to $182,000 per year.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong expertise in phage display screening/sorting with antibody or protein libraries for therapeutic discovery
- Proficiency in library building, cloning, and DNA manipulation
- Experience setting up and configuring lab facilities and processes
- Expertise in mammalian or yeast display technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with researchers from diverse fields, including computational and experimental biologists, and provide scientific guidance, support, and leadership as needed
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior research associates
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Biochemistry, or similar field and 5+ years of industry experience OR 10+ years of experience in Biologics discovery and engineering
- Proven contribution to therapeutic development and selection is highly desirable
- Discovery of novel and biologically relevant biologics highly desirable
- Experience in other cell-based screening methods
- Experience in structural biology (X-ray crystallography or cryo-EM) is desirable
- Expertise in NGS sample prep is beneficial
- Proficiency with protein purification and reagent generation
- Hands on knowledge of multiple analytical techniques including, SEC HPLC/UHPLC, BLI/SPR, Flow Cytometry, and similar
- Experience using LIMS and Benchling systems
- Experience with liquid handling, robotics, and workflow automation is highly desirable
- Substantial experience with DNA synthesis and protein production CROs and lab vendors
