YOUR MISSION

Our Talent Team is responsible for supporting True Anomaly’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best to join our company. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for True Anomaly's company values and culture. In addition to recruiting, you will also support employer brand efforts, as well as broader talent operations initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams and leadership to deliver a white glove experience related to all aspects of talent operations and candidate experience
  • You will schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with a high level of urgency — this includes phone, video, and on-site interviews
  • You will cultivate a top-tier candidate experience from beginning to end through your welcoming communication with candidates, attention to detail, and confidence when hosting on-site interviews
  • You will support Candidates with booking travel accommodations (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) and expense reconciliation as needed
  • You will serve as the team’s expert for metrics, data analytics and reporting through Greenhouse and other recruiting tools
  • You will implement organizational excellence through improving Talent Operations processes and special projects as needed
  • You will build strong relationships and interact professionally with all levels of candidates and hiring teams
  • You will have the opportunity to get involved in People team and Company-wide initiatives and make your positive impact
  • You may step in to run onboarding from time to time
  • You will have the opportunity to try new things and develop your capabilities and experience, supported by your manager and the wider people team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 3+ years of experience in talent operations and/or coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail is your superpower. You have an eye toward analytics, you understand how to shift gears and prioritize and reprioritize.
  • You believe that candidate experience is paramount, and you know how to carry that through in all you do
  • You have coordination and reporting experience using Greenhouse ATS
  • You have the ability and track record to respond to roadblocks and inefficiencies with new and creative solutions
  • You have experience working with various calendar and MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and an infectiously positive, customer-service oriented approach
  • You have a “nothing is beneath me” attitude and are willing to take on and complete a variety of tasks – everything from calendar tetris to executive briefings on talent operations and candidate experience
  • You are willing to work in-person at least 3 days per week at True Anomaly’s Headquarters (Centennial, CO)

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO, and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
