About Suno
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfilment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Matrix Partners, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter (Contractor) who operates like an embedded, in-house partner to support our hiring efforts during a period of rapid growth.
This is not a transactional recruiting role—we’re looking for someone who can plug into the business, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and take ownership of searches end-to-end. You’ll help drive hiring across go-to-market, marketing, growth, and corporate functions while contributing to how we scale recruiting at Suno.
Check out the Suno version of this role!
What You'll Do
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, deeply understanding team needs and shaping hiring strategies
Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing and network-driven outreach
Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
Bring an operator mindset to improving recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals
Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy and calibrate searches
What You'll Need
5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
A thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent
Interest in building processes—not just executing against them
Passion for music and creative technology is a plus
Additional Details
This is a 3-month contractor engagement, with the option to renew or convert to full-time based on performance and business needs
Starting rate is $90 per hour with flexibility to negotiate for the right candidate
We are seeking independent recruiters only (no agencies)
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
This role is remote-friendly for candidates based in the states of New York, Massachusetts, or California.
Optional access to Suno offices in Cambridge, MA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Los Angeles, CA
