About the Role
As an Operations Analyst at Sidecar Health, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing insurance operations processes across multiple divisions, including Account Management, Claims Operations, Member Care, and Provider teams. You’ll partner with department leaders to ensure that business needs align with headcount and budgetary constraints, while also driving strategic initiatives, such as capacity planning, change management, and project leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Drive measurable improvements in budget accuracy and resource allocation efficiency, optimizing capacity planning and delivering cost savings
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals and achieving measurable performance improvements across teams
- Partner with Account Management, Claims, Member Care, and Provider teams to support operational needs and drive process optimization
- Collaborate with department leaders to align headcount and budget priorities, identifying and addressing gaps in real time
- Develop and present strategic content for internal and external communications, influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Oversee insurance reporting with Analytics and Insurance Ops, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in regulatory and business-critical data (e.g., SB9, GFI Experience)
- Serve as the business lead for key strategic projects, such as CRM platform rollouts, delivering improved workflow efficiency and case management capabilities
- Champion change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational scalability and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a similar role with a proven track record of improving budget management and resource allocation in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management, with expertise in creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex budget and capacity models
- Background in consulting, program management, or financial/business operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams with business objectives
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and aligning business needs with financial goals
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in change management and driving process improvements
- Strong capacity planning and budget management expertise
- Ability to analyze processes and propose scalable solutions

In taking a market-based approach to compensation, base pay may vary depending on location. Additionally, base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $130,000.
