About the Role

As our junior coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in creating an outstanding day-to-day experience for our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves organizing spaces, fostering a positive atmosphere, and enjoys being at the heart of both people and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup of our new office space in the heart of Stockholm and coordinate ongoing space improvements.

• Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

• Create and maintain an excellent office vibe; ensure communal areas are welcoming and well-equipped.

• Assist in planning and executing internal and external events (team gatherings, offsites, celebrations).

• Help organize onboarding processes for new joiners.

• Maintain accurate people information by supporting updates in our HRIS system.

• Be an approachable go-to for general employee queries about the workspace or company events.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Experience coordinating events or managing office environments (preferred but not required).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; approach challenges with a "can-do" energy.

• Excellent communication skills — comfortable interacting with both internal colleagues and external partners/vendors.

• Familiarity or willingness to learn HR tools (such as an HRIS system).
