As a Relyance AI Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for the company by partnering with our Sales and Marketing team to source high quality prospects from all inbound and outbound motions. *This role is hybrid and you must be able to commute to our San Francisco office (44 Montgomery Street) 3 days a week.*

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will include:

  • Qualifying and generating leads through outbound and inbound outreach activities, including cold calling.
  • Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to generate product interest.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and generating updated scripts for prospecting motions and objection handling.
  • Partnering with our AE’s to collaborate on pipeline generation efforts.
  • Keeping Salesforce leads and contacts updated and current.
  • Following approved practices for outreach to prospective customers.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry (new graduates also welcome).
  • Experience generating sales opportunities with enterprise prospects.
  • Gritty, self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Have excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills.
  • BA/BS degree

  • Familiarity with tools such as Nooks, Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 / year, with an expected OTE (on target earnings) of 100k / year (uncapped).
