What We're Doing

RelationalAI is the industry’s first AI coprocessor for our customers’ data clouds. The Opportunity

We are looking for a strong business planner to help accelerate the growth of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for our product’s business model. You will partner closely with senior leaders in engineering, product, marketing, sales, and finance and guide the packaging, pricing, and tiering of our offerings. You will develop and pressure test pricing proposals to ensure consistency across tiers, value pricing, and clarity for customers. You will work with product and engineering leaders to improve margins and ensure profitability. You will also have the opportunity to provide thought leadership on product growth and pricing strategy to help drive product adoption and business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and cross-group collaboration.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Developing pricing strategy for our offerings, including packaging, pricing, and tiering to capture business value delivered and help drive product adoption
  • Driving the creation and implementation of creative business models with our go-to-market partners
  • Leading quantitative analyses to derive insightful and actionable recommendations to support strategic packaging and pricing decisions
  • Partnering closely with product and engineering leaders to identify opportunities to reduce costs
  • Partnering with senior leaders across the organization to ensure optimal operationalization of product launches

Role Readiness Prerequisites:

  • Aptitude and track record of quickly learning new and emerging technologies
  • B2B SaaS Business model and pricing experience with cloud database and AI services is required
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required
  • Experience leading complex strategic initiatives, ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, and strong project management skills are strongly preferred
  • Experience working with and challenging the thinking of executive stakeholders at enterprise companies is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of business planning experience is required
  • A combination of a bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering and a master’s in business administration is strongly preferred

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, reporting to the VP of Product and Marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to help define an emerging new category in data and AI and drive meaningful product adoption and business growth.
