The Impact You Will Have

- Implement automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual tasks and increase productivity for recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Support enterprise recruiting programs by driving hiring manager enablement, interviewer readiness, and the development of standardized guidance that promotes consistent and effective hiring.
What We Look For
- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition Strategy, Operations, or related Consulting roles; experience in global tech or high-growth environments preferred
- Proven success leading large-scale recruiting transformation or operational redesign initiatives.
