About The Role

This role leads Manifest's B2C growth team — advisors who guide individuals and families through one of the most consequential decisions of their lives. You'll own team performance, development, and culture while driving the revenue results that fuel B2C growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales excellence and genuine client care.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach and develop Growth Associates through structured 1:1s and real-time feedback
  • Own B2C revenue targets and hold the team accountable to monthly and quarterly goals
  • Build and refine the advisory playbook covering discovery, objection handling, and client conversion
  • Monitor performance metrics and intervene proactively with coaching or process adjustments
  • Hire and onboard Growth Associates as the team scales
  • Partner with Marketing on lead quality, conversion feedback, and campaign alignment
  • Surface client conversation insights to Product and Leadership to shape roadmap and messaging

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in sales, advisory, or client-facing roles; 1–2+ years managing a team
  • Proven record of leading a team to consistently hit revenue or conversion targets
  • Strong coaching instincts — you develop people, not just manage performance numbers
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimization
  • Clear, empathetic communicator who can model the advisory standard you set for others
  • Background in legal, financial services, healthcare, or another high-consideration sales environment
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across Marketing, Legal, Product, and Operations
