About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a high-impact role at Legora, designed to own and scale strategic Legal Engineering programs across the UK. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, client delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring our most critical initiatives translate into measurable outcomes for both clients and the business.

You will partner closely with the Director of Strategic Programs, Legal Engineering leadership, and client stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of complex AI deployments, while continuously improving how we deliver.

This role is not about coordination — it is about ownership, decision-making, and driving results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Core responsibilities:

Own strategic program delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of high-priority Legal Engineering initiatives across the UK market

  • Translate ambiguous strategic goals into structured, executable program plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics

  • Act as the single point of accountability for program progress, risks, and outcomes

Drive client-facing implementations

  • Partner with Legal Engineers and Engagement Managers to design and lead deployment strategies for complex client implementations

  • Own workplanning, sequencing, and resourcing decisions across multiple concurrent programs

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and intervene early to unblock execution

Scale delivery systems and best practices

  • Build and continuously improve repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and operating cadences for Legal Engineering delivery

  • Ensure consistency and quality across local and cross-border implementations

  • Act as a force multiplier by raising the execution bar across the team

Lead adoption and impact tracking

  • Own adoption strategy across programs, using data to diagnose friction and drive targeted interventions

  • Define and track clear success metrics (e.g., usage, retention, workflow integration, ROI)

  • Partner with client stakeholders to ensure implementations translate into tangible behavior change and business impact

Operate as a cross-functional leader

  • Act as the connective layer across Legal Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams

  • Drive alignment, prioritisation, and decision-making across stakeholders

  • Influence senior internal and client stakeholders with clear, structured communication

Establish operational excellence at scale

  • Own program governance: reporting, tracking, and communication rhythms

  • Build a high-fidelity “source of truth” across all active programs

  • Introduce rigor in how we plan, execute, and learn from deployments

  • Build out POV packs/knowledge artefacts, templates and checklists for the broader function

Build and scale new initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to launch and scale new strategic initiatives within Legal Engineering

  • Take ideas from zero → one → scaled rollout, with clear ownership throughout

What You Bring

You are an experienced operator who combines structured thinking with a bias for execution. You are comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous environments and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or implementation-focused roles

  • Have led complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, not just supported them

  • Bring experience from professional services (Legal, Big 4, Consulting) or similarly high-performance environments

  • Demonstrate strong program management and execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Are highly analytical and can translate data into strategic decisions and interventions

  • Communicate with clarity and authority, including with senior stakeholders (internal and client-side)

  • Show clear evidence of ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables

  • Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity
