About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

The role

We are looking for a Brand Associate to support and scale Legora's global brand efforts. This is a hands-on, executional role for someone who thrives on getting things done, across campaigns, creative production, research, coordination and anything else the brand team needs to move fast and maintain a high bar.

You will work closely with Brand, Creative, Growth Marketing and International Marketing to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Day-to-day you will collaborate with brand designers and the production manager, helping translate ideas into high-quality outputs across formats and markets.

This role is the engine room of the brand team. You will dig in wherever needed: from early-stage research and briefing to final delivery and rollout and take full ownership of the work in your hands. You are not waiting to be told what to do; you spot what needs doing and get on with it.

Given Legora is an AI-native company, you will actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter, from research and briefing to content development and production, while always maintaining highest possible quality.

The responsibilities

Briefing & project coordination. Write clear, structured briefs for campaigns and creative work. Coordinate across brand designers, the production manager and stakeholders to keep work moving from brief to delivery without losing quality or momentum.

Research & insights. Conduct market, audience and competitive research to inform campaigns and brand decisions. Use AI tools to increase speed and depth. Turn findings into clear, actionable outputs the team can use.

Campaign support. Get into the detail of global campaign execution: tracking deliverables, managing timelines, removing blockers and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Creative production. Coordinate assets across formats and markets, working with designers, the production manager and external partners. Support in-house productions hands-on where needed. Explore how AI can speed up parts of the process without compromising quality.

Creative distribution. Support how creative is deployed across channels and placements. Ensure consistency across markets and flag where things need adapting.

Documentation & playbooks. Build and maintain playbooks, guidelines and campaign documentation. If something isn't written down and it should be, write it down.

Cross-functional collaboration. Be the connective tissue between brand and the rest of the organisation — working with International Marketing, Growth Marketing and other teams to keep work aligned and moving.

Tracking & reporting. Track campaign performance and brand metrics. Compile reports and pull out the insights that matter.

Internal brand communication. Help communicate brand updates, campaigns and guidelines to the wider organisation clearly and consistently.

What we are looking for

You are an executional powerhouse, someone who takes ownership of work, follows through completely, and takes pride in high-quality output. You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritise across multiple things at once.

You are structured and organised, but also flexible, willing to shift focus, take on whatever is needed, and operate without a rigid brief when the situation calls for it.

You use AI tools daily and your instinct is always to find a faster, smarter way to work, without letting quality slip.

You are a strong communicator, comfortable writing briefs, synthesising research and working across teams. You build good relationships quickly and people enjoy working with you.

You are curious about brand, creative and marketing, and motivated to develop your skills quickly in a high-output environment.

Experience and background

Experience. 1–4 years in brand, marketing, creative or a related role. We care more about attitude, instinct and follow-through than years on a CV.

Executional excellence. A track record of taking work from start to finish, managing multiple workstreams and delivering to a high standard under pressure.

AI-native. You use AI tools as a matter of course and are excited to push how they can be used in brand and creative workflows.

Content & communication. Strong writing skills: briefs, summaries, reports, internal comms. You can adapt your voice to the context.

Collaboration. Easy to work with across functions. You bring teams together rather than creating friction.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work closely with senior brand and marketing leaders and learn how a global brand are built

  • Exposure to high-impact projects across markets and channels

  • A highly ambitious, kind, creative and capable team with strong momentum

  • Real responsibility and the chance to grow quickly

  • Competitive salary and a high-upside equity program
