In your role, you'll...
- Build, scale, and continuously improve employee programs that help our teams and business thrive: You’ll own critical programs focused on accelerating performance and engagement across our team. This includes performance management, compensation, training programs (including new hire orientation and manager training), programs that increase connection and inclusion (such as ERG program management and social events), as well as people analytics.
- Ensure equitable, inclusive program design and execution across the employee journey: The programs you’ll drive have a profound impact on the career growth and day-to-day experiences of all team members. - You show an ability to proactively build relationships at all levels of an organization to ‘bring people along’ in your strategy; you are comfortable working with all team members and demonstrate the ability to challenge current thinking while maintaining a strong and productive relationship.
- You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, delivered at scale; you are able to design communications from information sessions to policies in an organization spanning multiple geographies and nearly 500 team members.
