Everlaw is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Enterprise Technology team. The Enterprise Technology Team is a brand new team at Everlaw (a start-up within a start-up!) whose mission is to create an integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies that drives efficiency, provides on-demand business insights, and facilitates seamless, sensible business process flows. As the Salesforce BSA, you will be essential to the success and evolution of the Enterprise Technology team. You will head up our Quote to Cash process, one of the company’s highest priority projects over the next year. In this role, you will build a sustainable, user-friendly process, including designing and implementing the systems infrastructure supporting the process. As the Quote to Cash guru, you will apply your strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills to create a scalable, best-in-class Quote to Cash process fitting for a growing company like Everlaw.

This is a full-time position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.

In your role, you'll...

  • Own the Quote-to-Cash process, drive high impact initiatives to optimize the process leveraging Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Netsuite and Workato.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders analyze existing business processes, define business requirements, and translate them into solution design
  • Own the project plan and the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams
  • Implement configurations using declarative tools, including managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows etc.
  • Create and maintain documentation and reference guides related to the Salesforce instance, and end-to-end processes and business objectives
  • Stay on top of product releases/functionalities, work on certifications and understand best practices on how to best build functionalities in Salesforce

About you

  • You have 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ in the SaaS industry
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • You have strong expertise in declarative development tools such as Workflows, Approval processes, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder etc.
  • You are a positive problem solver who loves the challenge of advancing customer service beyond the status quo
  • You have proven experience optimizing and scaling tools and systems infrastructure
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Benefits

  • The expected annual salary range for this role is between $170,000 and $210,000. The final salary range offered will be based on many factors, including the candidate's skills and experience. The salary range is subject to change in the future.
