What You Will Accomplish:

  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, social channels, and alternative sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain strong top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, and design).
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team needs.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our brand, values, and tone.
  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Execute talent market research to identify trends, competitive intel, and opportunities to diversify talent pools.Support ongoing improvements to sourcing strategy, tools, and processes.
  • Represent the company professionally and thoughtfully in all candidate interactions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1–3+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in-house or in an agency environment, ideally at a high-growth tech company or startup.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, and candidate engagement best practices
  • Experience with tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever ATS, Gem, Github, etc.
  • Experience building pipelines for engineering and other hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and personalized in outreach
  • A data-minded approach to tracking and iterating on sourcing effectiveness
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited to help build exceptional teams
