The Role: Growth Account Executive
As a Growth AE, you'll drive our continued growth by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts. You'll work with high-profile clients to deliver impactful solutions while contributing to the growth of our business in a meaningful way.

- Ramp on our product, value proposition, and target market
- Learn and apply our sales methodology and internal processes
- Partner with the team to understand the full sales cycle
- Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline
- Begin running full sales cycles with increasing independence
- Close your first deals and contribute to team revenue goals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What You'll Do:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, sourced mostly by Eve Legal, while consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop a deep understanding of our customer's challenges and desired outcomes to effectively illustrate how Eve can help achieve such outcomes
- Lead Strategic Engagement: Navigate complex sales processes that require strategic thinking and tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of our clients
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value delivery
- Influence Market Direction: Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and client needs, helping to shape Eve's product roadmap
Who We're Looking For:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid market accounts, primarily sourced by Eve Legal. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Build a deep understanding of customer challenges and desired outcomes. Clearly communicate how Eve can help customers achieve their goals.
- Manage Strategic Sales Cycles: Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. Apply thoughtful, tailored approaches to address each client’s needs.
- Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support a strong customer experience and long term value.
- Share Market Insights: Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to inform product development and roadmap planning
