Your mission 🚀
We are seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to help us create the first AI-native product that delivers unique insights into sales reps' relationships with their customers. If you're eager to shape both our company culture and the product experience, read on.

Your responsibilities 🗓

  • Work with engineering leadership to drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform engineering team, aligning with business objectives.
  • Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and secure platform solutions to support our AI-native product.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Establish and promote best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the platform.

  • Thrives in a small company/early-stage startup setting, comfortable with ambiguity and driving results.
  • Has a track record of driving significant improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across business-critical systems.
  • Is excited to become an expert in LLMs, graph-like data, and RAG.
  • Is an excellent collaborator and proactive communicator with a bias toward written communication.
  • Comfortable working remotely and often asynchronously.
  • Has experience with data-heavy applications and interfaces (a plus).
  • Codes in Golang and/or Python
  • Experience building high-scale systems and machine learning applications.
  • Excited to work with data engineering systems such as BigQuery, Pubsub, Postgres, Neo4j, DBT, etc.
