Your mission 🚀
Join our team as a Content Marketing Lead, where you will own the entire content creation landscape for our company. In this influential role, you won’t have direct reports, but you’ll be the driving force behind all our content initiatives. You’ll have the unique opportunity to cultivate a robust network of contributors and collaborators, shaping our brand’s narrative and fostering valuable relationships within the industry. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be reporting directly to our Head of Growth and be responsible for creating, managing, and executing content initiatives that align with our brand, engage our target audience, and contribute to our overall business objectives.

Your responsibilities 🗓

  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various channels, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Editorial Calendar: Develop and manage an editorial calendar that outlines content themes, topics, and publishing schedules to ensure a consistent and cohesive content presence.
  • Crossfunctional Leadership: Bring together cross-functional contributors, internal and external, fostering collaboration and creativity while ensuring the delivery of high-quality content on time. Build and manage executive external relationships with key content partners.
  • Content Distribution: Develop distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our content, leveraging channels such as social media, email marketing, partnerships, and more.
  • SEO and Optimization: Work closely with the SEO advisor to ensure content is optimized for search engines, increasing organic visibility and driving traffic.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for content initiatives, track and analyze results, and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines, messaging, and values, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
  • Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in the industry by developing insightful and thought-provoking content that showcases our expertise. Be a thought leader internally within Endgame, sharing market insights and research.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, sales, product, and design, to integrate content initiatives into larger marketing campaigns.

Our ideal candidate 🏅

  • Work Experience: Strong background in marketing with a minimum of 2 years in content marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Market Experience: Deep understanding and experience writing content within the sales tech landscape and sales personas
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to align content initiatives with broader business goals and audience needs.
  • Creativity: Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytical: Proficient in analyzing data, drawing insights, and using metrics to drive content decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and content distribution platforms. Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion: A passion for staying updated on content marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
