Multimedia Content Producer
Eleos Health
Who is Eleos Health?
Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it’s ourselves, our friends and family, or even public figures, it’s no longer taboo to take care of our whole selves—body and mind. Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world’s most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.
What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a Multimedia Content Producer to join our growing Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for brainstorming, researching, project managing, and producing content in a variety of audiovisual formats to educate, entertain, and inspire our diverse audience of behavioral health professionals. As a member of a small but mighty team of marketing A-players, you’ll get plenty of peer support—but you’ll also have ample autonomy.
Who are you?
You’re an experienced audiovisual storyteller who thrives in high-growth environments. You’ve seen chaos, you know how to wrangle it, and you have the portfolio and performance metrics to prove it. You’re a pro problem-solver with a penchant for prioritization. While your quality standards are high, your two favorite words are “ship it”—because you have a knack for finding and capturing stories that just can’t wait to be told. This role will be heavy on video, so exceptional filming and editing skills are a must—but you’ll earn major bonus points if your storytelling prowess extends to audio, motion graphics/animation, still photography, and static design.
How will you contribute?
- Produce High-Quality Multimedia Content: Plan, storyboard, film, and edit videos (e.g., testimonials, demos, social shorts, event recaps, announcements) and oversee podcast production, including audio and video optimization.
- Strategic Content Management: Develop a multimedia content plan, manage the YouTube channel and other platforms, repurpose assets across formats, and ensure all content meets brand standards.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor multimedia trends and propose innovative approaches to enhance audience engagement and achieve company goals.
- Collaborate and Support: Partner with team members to create content aligned with their needs, providing creative guidance and feedback.
- Operational Excellence: Travel as needed for content capture, manage project timelines and budgets, track key metrics to measure impact, and maintain organized systems for cataloging assets.
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia marketing content strategy and production, with an emphasis on video experience
- Master proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including AfterEffects, Premiere, and Photoshop
- Broad creative skillset, including producing, writing, directing and editing in a variety of formats (e.g., video, audio, motion graphics/animation, still photography, and static design)
- Ability to craft compelling narrative stories through audiovisual media
- Dynamic visual, creative, and conceptual thinking skills
- Collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is proactive, reliable, and accountable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and organizational needs
- Solid project management skills
- General breadth of knowledge across the marketing spectrum
- Prior experience in healthcare, healthcare IT/SaaS, or behavioral/mental health is a major plus
