Position Overview:
The Head of Antibody Engineering will lead the development and implementation of Chai Discovery’s antibody engineering strategy. This individual will oversee a team developing cutting-edge biologics, ensuring scientific excellence, strategic alignment, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Protein Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in antibody engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven leadership experience managing scientific teams.

• Extensive expertise in next-generation antibody therapeutics.

• Strong track record of successful preclinical therapeutic development.
