Brellium is a VC backed health-tech startup developing a completely novel, applied AI technology to tackle clinical quality, helping clinics analyze their medical records to deliver better care and decrease insurance clawbacks. We are committed to empowering clinics and driving a leap in efficiency in the American healthcare system.
We serve clinics across all 50 states, including Headspace, Grow Therapy, Action Behavior Centers, and Graham Healthcare.
In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our sales team to help new clinics onboard to Brellium. This is a great role where you will gain exposure to AI, health-tech, and a fast moving growth minded tech startup.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in the ABA, Behavioral Health, Home Health, and Hospice space, with potential expansion into the Payor market.
Recruit A-player Account Executives from your network to build your sales team.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with customer needs and the company's offerings.
Leverage and expand an existing network within the healthcare sector to drive business growth.
Take full ownership of your book of business, being accountable for delivering results and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
Scaled a B2B sales team from $3-20mm in ARR (Series A --> C)
Track record of excelling in a mid-market, non-transactional, 60 day sales cycle
Strong existing network of both Account Executives and prospects in the healthcare industry, with the ability to expand and deepen these connections.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
A good fit with the company's culture, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
Previous leadership experience within the healthcare data and analytics solutions space is strongly preferred.
Excited to work in-person in our office in Flatiron, NYC.
Bonus Points:
Proven track record of success in sales within the outpatient healthcare provider space, including ABA, behavioral health, home health, and hospice.

What we offer:
$150k-$250k base salary + uncapped commission
